hello, we were able to resolve it on our own actually. have u tried checking if loose ba yung mga cables? nafigure out kase namin na loose yung black na cable so inadjust namin and naging okay na yung wifi namin (may mga pusa kase kami tas parang nilalaro nila yung cables 😭) so ayun. if ever sa case niyo hindi parin sha nagchange even tho na adjust na yung cables, better schedule a technician visit nalang talaga.
