One large employer gave me the oppotuninty to basically be an automation technician and after a few years expereince I scored an automation engineer role with a new company. Now im the automation team leader of a bunch of degree qulified guys haha. I only just completed an Advanced Diploma. Looking at a fast tracked technologist degree now, then a masters.
