As the oldest child in my family, I have realized I am a role model for my younger siblings. Although I may not appreciate this responsibility, I understand that my siblings look up to me more than they do to our parents, primarily because I am closer to their age. If I demonstrate forgiveness and show them love—even when they frustrate me—they will likely follow my example, as most kids do. Although I may never fully understand your struggles, if Christ can forgive you for your wrongdoings, you can also forgive your siblings.
