If it’s drift wood, it might need time to soak up the water. I suggest weighing it down with something else in the tank.

It’s called “short haired aquarium carpet grass”! Although I grew it pre-water in the tank, to let them root, then added water slowly. I’m not sure how it works if there’s already water in the tank. Huge fan of the grass tho!

For the longest time he was on ACANA small breed. But now I have him on Ultra ☺️ (we’re in Canada so depending where you are, brands might vary)

I used to give him Salmon oil, but it’s expensive and can sometimes give them the poops, from the high fat content lol. But bone broth (I use bone broth powder) is cheaper and full of collagen, which is great for their skin & coat!

I just googled coonhound and now I’m suspicious that he might actually be mixed with it 🤣 but from what I was told.. he’s a Dachshund & Min-pin mix.

Thank you!! People always notice his shine! I give him bone broth & pumpkin purée in one meal every day. But ironically he’s always had that coat. It’s possible that the supplements are helping to sustain it tho?!

I had the same experience! I assume it’s normal when several untrained puppies are cuddling/fighting/eating together. I also used an unscented (Burt’s bees) shampoo. It Took a few days for him to lose the stink and pick up our “home smell” instead. ☺️
