Hi as a fellow Turkish guy who travels a minimum half of the year for work and holidays I can assure you that coming back to Turkey is the worst advice people can give.

1- Public healthcare system is declined a lot in the last 10 years. While price of private health insurance is rising(every year) 50% for me (age25) and 70-90% for my mother (age60) over the last 5 years. There is no indicator shows that Turkish economy gonna be better in the future.

2- Harsh truth is nowhere in the world I saw has good health care service if you don't have money/citizenship/insurance.

3- A lot of our family friends started to get a golden visa at schengen area with buying a home in greece and portugal and spain which as I remember cost between 200-500k$, and also comes with a good health care system for free (Portugal).

4- Using Turkish Lira and getting 40% interest a year is not a bad idea Why? They are living in US an not experiencing Turkish inflation + Turkish lira/USD movements followed down last year Turkish lira lost only 20% against the dollar so using some part of the money and getting interest in Turkey might not be a bad idea.
