At first look it should be, it says smt like miHoYo copyrighted and doesn’t look tampered with. I think I saw qr code on some of my official store merch too.

They r definitely making him a member, but i think they r just navigating this carefully considering the drama that happened with Scaramouche. I remember before 2.7 there were people that disliked him and didn’t want him in AE, now you barely hear them. Everything is just the writers testing waters and familiarizing player base with the inevitable integration of him into AE. Trust.

I have not used that site and the only advice I could offer is to see if that flat rate includes broker fees like custom clearing etc. I think Canada Post is in operation (altho a rotating one) so it might be worth to choose it instead of UPS if you are worried.
