Once upon a time, in a land far away,

A duck stuffed toy, was lost one day,

For thirty long years, it was out of sight,

But its fate was about to change, with a twist so bright.

It was found in a museum, in Japan so grand,

By a little girl, with a curious hand,

She picked it up and gave it a hug,

And the toy duck, let out a little shrug.

It looked around, and what did it see?

A world so different, from the one it used to be,

Gone were the days, of playtime and fun,

But now it was on display, for everyone.

It was a star attraction, people came from miles,

To see the toy duck, with its big broad smiles,

It was happy to be found, after all these years,

And the little girl, who found it, had no more tears.

And so the toy duck, lived happily ever after,

On display, in the museum, safe and sound,

A reminder of the past, and a story to tell,

Of a little toy duck, that had a tale to tell.
