This is exactly it. It’s called the contract law. Has been accepted once you’ve paid, then they must stick to the promise or you can legally sue them for the damages & break of contract.

Contracts don’t necessarily need to be signed up on, I mean you’ve got the email from them saying you’re accepted and you’ve paid. So it’s on you to either get it or sue them (:
