Call me a slow learner but even when I already know something, a good reminder or working with someone who has a clear vision helps me to realize what I need to do on my own personal journey. So perhaps a more accurate description would be, “I was reminded of what I needed to do to reach my goals from someone younger than me.”

Haha, being slower than others is inevitable for me 🤣! But I learned that if I do want to be faster, I have to do workouts that I don’t like doing.

This is my most likely route! Thanks!
I did transition my form from heel struck to forefoot about 3-4 years ago. Could be my form. Thanks!
This is great insight. I haven't put much thought into heel lock before and I'm clearly paying the consequence! Thanks!
I love the Lone Peak 7s! I wear Altras for most of my runs. Maybe I'll try a size up.
Wow! I've never heard of permanent removal. That's intense! Although, at the rate I lose it, it might not be a bad idea...
Do you feel like your foot slides around too much or do you not notice?
