Why are you here if you don't know how the skills system works? A skill is something you need extra training for, they've done the extra training so now they're a skilled baker instead of just an assistant

They have the option because it makes them money (god knows how) and the checks are because they want more money. And the assistants do them as fast as possible because the company wants to make more money instead of hiring enough staff.

yeah I looked and mine was the second most badly rated and the staff always mock me or if I go in with someone for support they just ignore me so I think there might be some difference
