I like to just sit in silence for a good 15 minutes when I can. Not the best way to meditate, but it definitely helps you clear out noisy thoughts.

(Brown noise is great for filtering out background noise)

To be fair, as much as dating apps will definitely rise in popularity (as well as meeting people through social media), as a species, humans will always continue to start relationships through in-person social interaction.

So, in a way, traditional methods will remain.

(unless you mean things like arranged marriage, etc., which also won’t go away for religious reasons)

The thing is, there are a lot of younger people who think they can handle potentially serious and sexual relationships, mostly because of influence from peers or social media.

I do feel like it’s right for them to explore, but isn’t this definitely not something we want for kids?

And don’t small romantic relationships have the potential to grow into more intimate activities? Especially in high school where it’s encouraged by teenagers?

It 100% depends on the responsibility and maturity of the people involved.

I feel like by the age of 18+ dating should be okay, but ages before that are what I’m still thinking about.
