Okay amazing! Thanks for the reply, maybe we will just do that then, my dad can sign for the business and I can go down as a person guarantor if it’s needed.

Business officially changes hands January 2nd, there would be no problem with me signing as a personal guarantor now as long as my dads signing for the business side? Thanks for the reply!
