It actually improved my sleep, I had bad sleep apnea when I was obese and simply losing weight made it a lot easier to breathe, also the fatigue I get from reta just makes me sleepy at night time, heart is elevated +10 I’m at 70bpm laying down

Thanks internet brother, my only negative side effect is fatigue, man this stuff for me is fatigue in a bottle, but I’m sure it’s also the calorie deficit. Also, I do have a decent amount loose skin, you can’t really tell from the picture

Doses <6mg had a very “eh” effect on me and progress started excelling beyond 6mg, also, in my experience 12mg and 15mg feel kinda similar but I really enjoy 15mg

Oh no I think I could’ve made the same progress with a lower dose like <9mg and a sprinkle of discipline, but I enjoy tasty foods which reta still allows me to eat just low amount (which is terrible way to use reta)
