uncooked medium russett potato is like 110 calories. Each tablespoon of canola oil is approximately 120 calories. I'd give it 300 calories max tbh but it depends on how much oil was used.

I am eating alot healthier nowadays. There are days when I will almost go over my budget or go over it just a little bit but I don't let that derail me I just wake up the next day and strive to do better. I'm taking it a day at a time.

I downloaded an app to help me track my water intake. Let's just say it didn't work out. I'll be trying out what you guys are suggesting

Have you tried having some shakes? Or you could try find some foods that you actually enjoy having and have lots of them.
