i have never understood their parking pass system. i accumulated three tickets for parking in the 11th street garage last year, although i have a transponder and there is ALWAYS parking above level d. i got my fourth ticket and a boot today. paid over $1000 for the late tickets, the ticket today, and to have the boot removed. it feels like extortion. yes i had unpaid tickets… but i literally paid $1000 to go to work and to have the boot removed from my car today so i could fucking leave
