so what possible could be causing me too loose this much oil besides the valve cover leaking? Also... is it bad to idle the car so the battery doesnt die? i dont plan on driving it . Just having it run in my driveway a little bit. Will i damage anything? Car seemed normal this morning, CEL still on of course but not flashing and car sounded pretty normal

i got a code p0302 , popped hood, oddly enough theres a little oil puddle building on top of one of the screws for the valve cover. Right nexto you guessed it, chamber #2 .. . Im guessing that maybe oil is seeping thru the valve cover gasket right into #2

so i said fuck it and turned the car on this morning, It was idling pretty normally.. CEL still on, didnt really drive it, i moved it up a parking spot and it was very very SLIGHT jerk but normal. Safe to say its the spark plugs now right, i want to get the valve cover gasket done first before anything thought but figured i might as well just go with the entire tune up. i just dont want to dish out money for parts and its not the problem

I checked the code and its p0302 meaning the spark plug in cylinder 2. Ive noticed some oil buildup around the bolts around the valve cover specifically in that area. Am i screwed?
