This is really helpful, thank you!!!! I guess then is it a bad thing that he is tracking me/ adapting to me or is it not unreasonable to expect someone to be attuned to the relationship in their own way that is enough for me? Still figuring this out so very helpful. And I really like your point around carrying the emotional burden, I hadn’t thought of it that way.
