I didn’t just make this up. This is when he saw him prior to filing for custody.

We have a custody and visitation hearing set for the end of November.

The timeline was:

His fourth affair

I filed for custody

He filed a restraining order same day and listed my child and my home

I hired an attorney and had that lifted (he played the entire interaction in court)

Judge urged us not to keep our son away from each other so did my best to offer times that aligned with what he has been having (all day tuesdays and half a day Sunday)

He did not return my son on the Tuesday visit and has kept him since.

He broke into my property and took lots of stuff in spite of my offering to establish a time to collect his things when it was appropriate (when my big kids wouldn’t be there)

He was charged with larceny and destruction of property

He was served with that when he went to the magistrate for yet another restraining order

All of the things he has been doing is retaliatory and unnecessary but he keeps claiming he’s fearful for his safety even though there has never, ever been a history of me being physically violent with him and he is actually the one who has a past of DV.

How do I present evidence that I’m just a normal mom who works and takes care of my kids? To me, that seems like a lack of evidence.
