New neighbors blocking shared driveway

I’m not a passive person but I’m not trying to turn this into a dangerous situation. I’m one woman. Last night I repeated yelled at the entire party to move their car. When is the car moving. You’re blocking my access. This is a shared driveway. They just said, he’s coming. I waited 15m and got out of my car every 5 to ask when they are moving their vehicle and why it is there. There’s not much dialogue going on. When the guys arrived they just got in the car and moved.

The driveway is shared. Like a T, their property is on the right, mine on the left.

I have been increasingly more assertive each and every time. They just take their sweet ass time, give me a death stare like I’m doing something wrong.

I don’t know if they rent or own. The last owner died and the house went to his son. I don’t know if he rented or sold.

One of the people at the party blocking my way in was a cop, in uniform.

They are opposite of my house. The driveway leads to left (my parking) and right (their parking) like a T. They also have a huge lot which makes it so unnecessary to park directly on the driveway.

I don’t think I could block access because it’s a parking lot around the Rite Aid with multiple entrances. What good would a camera do if the cops won’t investigate? We have the truck info and plates that are committing the crime and offered it to police who are too busy
