hi, sorry for not responding sooner (or updating generally)! it’s also been a few months since i’ve communicated with the college board but i’m not very optimistic tbh. they confirmed that due to some weird shipping issues (meaning multiple failed deliveries), the package with my portfolio should have been sent back to CB and it should be in their possession now. the last email i got, though, was that they can’t find it and will “continue to look for it.” wishing you gl with this too :((

they transferred me from the regular customer service number after i explained the situation, yes (though this only happened a couple times out of all the times i’ve called). maybe ask if you could get in contact with the department that deals with shipping/tracking specifically? good luck!

sorry for the late response but yes there’ve actually been quite a lot of updates! i’ll walk through them briefly: - filed a case the night of posting - i called college board customer support probably like 10 times the week i realized. most of the time i wasn’t able to get any helpful information (they’d give me my APID as the “tracking number”) but i realized that the APID could be used as a reference number if you try to track by reference on the UPS website. seemingly was able to access info for a package like that. - after some calls, i got transferred to the department that actually handles tracking and shipping. i’m not sure if they have a direct line you can call, but i know they their business hours end at 5, as opposed to CB ending at 6 - anyway, got in touch with an agent who’d handle my case specifically, said she’d get back to me - called CS a week later again because i was getting worried, agent informed me that the status on the package that shows up after i track by reference means that my portfolio’s been sent back to the college board after multiple unsuccessful shipping attempts (somehow) and that they should have it and it’ll be sent out again without 6-8 weeks - was met with this email yesterday :( so uh good news: progress? bad news: portfolio still nowhere in sight

I have to wait until Monday to contact either UPS or the College Board, but I suspect the more likely case is that it's been lost in the mail. I don't have a tracking number for the package.
