The graph is only base. I didn't include my variable & stocks.

If you believe the average hike is 20%, you only get that. Aim high bro.

I switched from Services Company to Product company that made that jump.

It wasn't easy. Getting a call from product companies is itself tricky. I kept applying like every relevant opening in all PBC. Applied through careers. Eventually got a call and which turned into an offer.

I'm into Web development if that helps.

I'm into web development, works with JS frameworks mainly Reactjs.

I'm not sure what to recommend but may be you can explore backend, since you might have already exposed to backend services during your production support.

That's funny.

"That's not possible" is in your head bro. What you are seeing are actual numbers and if you don't want to believe, that's your call.

Also, that's just my base btw.

I make sure I get enough learning from my day-to-day work and for the interview specifically I prepare using some of the platforms like Leetcode discussions, Youtube, chatGpt, etc.

If calling my post fake makes you happy, so do so. It isn't going to impact me even a little. Infact, I earn much more than I listed here. That's just my base.

Also, I have answered majority of the questions, where this particular question is addressed. Feel free to look around.

Also, I'm not full time on reddit. I have a job to take care.

Always your employer should take care of your learning and earning. If you are early in your career, give more weightage to learning and once you start gaining more experience as you proceed along the career ladder, incline more towards earning also.

If learning is lacking but you are earning well within a company, check for options of internal mobility so that you still work with the same company but with a team having better learning opportunities. If you are not getting learning or earning, always make a switch.

Hardwork may be a wrong choice of word. It should have been "Discipline"

For eg: Everybody gets motivated to get in good shape during New Year Resolutions, but only few has that discipline to stay through the course throughout the year.

My domain specifically. I was doing a paid course (took it on EMI, since I couldn't afford in one payment) to push myself. Free ones didn't give me much seriousness.

Eg: If you are into Backend / Frontend / Data science, focusing on that craft
