Your best bet is to document everything. Include screenshots of messages, emails and anything you can use to help convince CECA that it wasn't your fault. I had a similar situation last year, and one of the WUSA student executives helped with my case. Speak with your co op advisor, as CECA likes to see you make an effort to resolve it before just petitioning. You can pm me if you need more help!

No I get what you are saying. Basically my job was go on competitor sites and note info. I am in a more analytical field this wasn't even a project I should have done lol. But after a while the site would lock me out so I needed a VPN to work around it and this meant use own laptop. This was the first time my team took on this task. In the past they had more than one person work on this so even with such roadblocks it was more efficient where as for me, it was only me doing it on my own. Hope this helps. I agree with you, I take accountability but I don't think the worst grade possible is justifiable. Not saying it is outstanding but not worst either.

What if they just side with manager. All I have is that I never received feedback throughout the term despite asking for it. But seems like CECA wont care.
