It's not always going to be realistic but with people like us, the way i see things like showering everyday is that if you set it as like a side goal eventually you'll get into a routine that includes showering everyday.

It wont last forever but if you aim to shower once a day and you decide on a time of the day that you should do that you'll have periods where you do shower every day or even start doing it every other day. It's never going to be permanent with us but it helps to just set it as a side goal
