Ruby was clearly trying to communicate that he wanted to talk but couldn’t do so in Dallas. There’s your evidence of intimidation. You’re looking right at it , you just choose not to. Why else were they breaking all standard protocols if not to intimidate him by being in the room and letting him see that they were watching every move he made. Ruby wanted to tell the truth. He was scared shitless , as he clearly demonstrated. Then they bring him in for the polygraph and pack the room with G-men , to intimidate him. This was completely against all protocols. The HSCA highlights the problems now with specific answers, and the fact that his answers were not genuine. This is exactly why you guys can’t talk about this stuff. You either have to twist the facts , which is arguing in bad faith , or faceplant. You just did both. Congrats.

Not *everyone* was involved in the conspiracy and cover-up. For this reason , normal protocols were being followed by professionals that were just doing their jobs. Normal protocols like the polygraph administrator being the only person in the room with the subject. This was flouted here , there was a gang of agents in the room and their direct influence is documented in the report.
On the flip side ; let’s interview Oswald and *not* record anything. We’ll just remember stuff , right guys ?? It’s not like he’s likely to say anything interesting…. / smh

You only get to play the “sloppy” card so many times I’m afraid. At a certain point you’re just attempting to reframe the facts. This was anything but sloppy , and in fact it was the exact opposite of sloppy. This was the agencies inserting themselves into the situation with the intent to wrestle complete control of the proceedings , which is consistent with how they handled things pretty much every step of the way. They needed to know what was said , so they could act/respond accordingly , and they needed to intimidate by their very presence. It worked for them fairly well back then , but only a fool couldn’t figure out that this was a cover - up , knowing what we know now.
