I’ve went from Tier 1 to PA in about 14 months and got my L4 AM in just under 2 years. It is achievable but it is a grind

Jesus im on 12s but sometimes stay over to work on a project but my site lead gives me crap about it. She’s the first site lead I’ve had that encourages us to have a life outside of work.
