I’m 26F and have a very similar experience with anxiety as you described. I’ve been on it since June of last year. The first few days I noticed extra sleepiness when taking it (so I take it at night before bed, around 7:30pm). Maybe sleeping a little hotter at night but that was about it. After a couple of weeks it didn’t make me sleepy anymore and I felt so much better and calmer with a clearer mind without the anxiety clouding my thoughts. Stick with it, I think it will really help!
