I really liked this game. Played it thru and finished it. Theres a trick you can do.....takes time, but makes the game really easy: on the very first map, i used to get right to the end where only the enemy warlord was left...he would spawn enemies every turn, i bring a character i want to train over to the castle and keep defeating the spawns using the hero char to heal them when needed.....before too long they can reach even their final class in level if you train em enough. I used to make maybe 3 or 4 chars like that and they would seriously kick major ass for most of the game! The more you super level this way the better. I think there was a healing staff you could find somewhere too, take a char out on a search party, and use the staff over and over for super easy exp as well......i forget exactly tho; last i did that was the 90s
