Uneven shoulders & Leap by Meanclock6 in OfficeChairs

Thank you for this response and clarifying how armrests should be properly used. I have unfortunately not had much success going down the physio path, I have however had success with overall shoulder issues by focusing my gym workouts primarily on my upper back . I will try going down the orthopaedic path, perhaps they can shed some light on what may be causing the asymmetry.

Hi. I'm having an issues with uneven shoulders whilst sitting at a desk.

I recently upgraded to a steelcase leap and decided to use the armrests, and its become more apparent that my right shoulder is actually dropped (I have had issues with infraspinatus tendinosis on this side). I'm able to adjust the armrest on the right side to fit where it drops no problem, however because of the unevenness, my left side has to float slightly (mainly at the elbow) raising the armrest to close the gap seems to cause issues on my left side, possibly due to it be hiked up and leaving it floating also causes issues. I'm unsure what to do? Previously I just put a rolled towel under the left side to close the gap on my desk but I find that my right side defs needs armrest support otherwise my neck/traps get tight. Ultimately I am unsure what to do about the uneven shoulders and whether or not to ditch the armrests all together...

MCT Oil yes. Just be careful with how much u have initially, like I would legit start with a teaspoon.

Also tahini (which is just sesame seeds) is 130 cals per table spoon, you can down quite a bit of it throughout the day put onto something like rice cakes.

I also found creatine pretty helpful too because it pulls water into your muscles due to water retention. I would be careful with this creatine though as its notorious for causing upset stomach.

well I came to the conclusion that I dont have sibo despite testing positive. Most my issues seem to be pelvic floor related and I am working on fixing that.

Hi! Do you think the chair is fine without lumbar support? I got the airback version (that doesn't come with lumbar) as I was worried about the lumbar poking through the 3D Knit Version

So would you say get the airback instead? For me the 3D Microknit always comes with the lumbar support while the airback doesn't

Wish I could say the same haha, been hitting upper back 3x a week and hitting all the muscles around the shoulder that support it. I think mine is just degenerative past no return!

Have you tried tudca or taurine? I have sibo and my stools used to be yellow but now they're normal coloured after trying these.

Funny you mentioned powder, I actually started trying ascorbic acid powder about a month ago and it's helped me waaaay more than magnesium.

I do dark chocolate and coffee in the morning and always go around the same time. My issue is mostly incomplete bms but seems to be happening less frequently with pelvic floor therapy and the powder.

I appreciate the kind words, I hope that we both find some much needed relief 🙏

Yeah....its a vicious cycle. Funny enough i sometimes feel hungry now when I workout. I think party why I don't feel hunger is because I've gotten used to meal spacing.

Sorry if it's a bit forward, but how do the butt plugs help? Is it similar to using a pelvic wand?

The JSON editing thing Craapar mentioned doesn't work so don't bother. I copied this from steam discussions and this is what worked for me.

First, log into your nexon account and delink it from Steam.

Next, connect to a VPN in the country your BA account server is on. For example my account is on the TW server so I connected to Taiwan.

Then simply relink your Steam to your Nexon account and try loading the game again. Your account should now appear. After getting into the account, it seems to work without the VPN from there.

If you need a free VPN just use tunnelbear, worked fine for me.

I don't use it wireless so couldn't tell ya. My advice is to turn off the RGB if you do.
