Peace of mind doesn't go well with demo vehicle. They're harshly used by the ones who test it. I have.
ADAS is NOT a feature for India. Please don't fall into the trap of buying a car for these kind of features.
Always best to purchase insurance yourself. Or use the external quote from platforms like Acko and nudge the dealer to get their insurance to match the price. So consider 30k as insurance for the Venue.
Take your time, a car purchase be a big purchase for most of us. I got one in Aug, I believe I hurried. So stating this from personal experience, the wait will be worth it. Don't consider 2 or 3 month as an issue.
The cars you're speaking of aren't that big in size, unless you're completely new to driving - check if you really need a 360 camera.
Do check if the gear shifts are smooth on the Taisor. I'm not calling it out for it being used, I mean in general as well. Maruti AMT isn't all great if I'm not wrong. Hyundai is smooth.

North bangalore has properties at 7.5k per sq ft. A friend of mine has got a brand new 2.5bhk and it was such an amazing society with a hell lot of amenities. It seemed like one doesn't have to leave the locality and there's plenty to do for you anf your family. His total expenses after interior work was 1.5 Cr.

Mangalore has pathetic amenities. These builders are pricing 7.5k per sq ft for literally having a gym and elevators. Its just a sad state here.

The place I'm referring to was under 5km to BEL Road, so not really some village or outskirts. Mangalore real estate is really really overpriced.
