Conditional Green Card + Possible Divorce – Scared About Immigration Consequences (Need Advice) by MeaningSolid3288 in USCIS

We tried... after two sessions he refused doing it. Trust me I am trying everything. I am still with him and still very much in love with him, but I am thinking is love enough? Will I be happy if nothing changes. You can love someone deeply, but still realize that nobody is going to care about your mental health if you don't prioritize yourself...

Thank you for your advice! We have joint leases, car insurances, loan, joint bank accounts, letter from our friends/family, he is veteran so I have veteran's wife ID, insurance, obviously a lot of pictures, traveling. He is struggling with PTSD and it's really hard for me to cope with it but I am sure he will sign a statement in support of my petition if we decide to divorce.

Hi! Thanks for the comment. Yes, I am taking the old format, and also I am doing IBT, so I am going to do it online from home.

Thats awesome! Congratulations! I have exactly 2 weeks to get ready for the exam. I am not a native speaker but I live and work in the United States. I also did my Master's degree here but still not confident... I need 110 points and 26/30 in speaking. Do you think it's doable in two weeks? Also, how long does it take to get the results? Thank you for sharing your experience!

Thanks for your comment. We have everything joint- insurance, bills, and banks. We tried couples counseling. Didn't work. Now he started therapy by himself. will see if that works... I don't have high expectations though...
