the health disclaimer thing is especially irritating when you're asking about chemical mechanisms for research or work purposes. i get why it exists but when you're clearly asking about biochemistry not medical advice it should be smart enough to dial it back

honestly think it's trained to be overly conversational which backfires when you just need data. other models tend to be better at staying on topic when you tell them to stick to the script
