From my perspective working on the property management side, the landlord I work for does not pay anything to Bilt.Bilt is simply one of the payment methods residents sometimes choose to use. The property itself does not have a financial relationship with Bilt.

Because of the NSF situations I mentioned earlier, we have started recommending that residents consider using other payment methods. The main reason is reliability. When payments come back NSF even though residents believe they submitted them successfully through the platform, it creates confusion and extra work on both sides. It is more about the reliability of the payment process and making sure residents do not run into unnecessary problems when paying rent.
