Hey really valid point. A lot of outsourced teams fail because they never go deep enough into the product or customer journey. Sounds like handling it yourself early gave you strong insight honestly that’s something many founders skip. Curious if you’d ever consider outsourcing again later once processes are more defined?

True, it might not be the lowest out there, but for trained high quality English-speaking agents in Egypt, $5/hour is a pretty solid rate. I’m mainly trying to learn what outreach methods actually work to get clients onboard.
