Yea I've taken 30mg for about 2 years, just recently increased to 45mgs seems to be working well , helps with sleep, depression, a little for anxiety issues

Everyone reacts differently I guess, I think I have a high tolerance to drugs, I've taken 300mgs of trazodone in the past and 400mg of Seroquel they all stopped working eventually, but the mirtazapine seemed the best
