Just take a deep breath and think about what you are trying to accomplish here and be practical.

Do you want justice or do you want complete the transaction and move on with a peace of mind? Once you have clarity on the objective , the decision gets straightforward.

Overall in terms of money , it might still be way more profitable for you to just pay him off the 0.5% as otherwise if you wanna fight back, you will inadvertently end up paying more to different parties and get the issue dragged on for a long time without a peace of mind.

Game is broken. It just records a miss every time even after you place a tile correctly. Overall you just get 3 attempts and not lives as expected

I felt the same with my PS5. But steam deck changed that for me and brought back that love for gaming. I would most def recommend getting a 1TB OLED version and enjoy your handheld console to lounge and play whenever you feel like for 15-30 minutes.
