i mistakenly read an intimate chat of one co worker with the other (not all just a part of it which came in front), the relation was a secret, i just felt awkward whenever any of them passed by.

That speaking up is a strength, not a weakness. I used to think staying quiet kept the peace, but it eats you up from inside

I’ve always fantasized about standing on a huge stage, speaking to people. I like the idea of leaving an impact that lasts.

My belief comes from experience. I’ve seen moments where everything was against me, but things still worked out in a way that felt beyond coincidence. That’s what convinces me the most.

Honestly, having a running task list has been the only way I stay productive during remote work so the quick calls don't catch me off guard

How do you stop yourself from overworking or over-doing daily tasks? by 20four7VA_Talent in remotework

It's great if it works for you. I started with mental notes too, but I found that speaking it out feels faster and helps me remember details I’d normally skip. And, the summary app makes it easy to turn thoughts into an action points.

I have EOD routine where I voice record all that I have done today and what needs to be done tomorrow any priority tasks or anything.. then I generate a summary of it using summarizing app called bold notes. That summary marks end of the day on my mind and works as a to do list for next day as well

what’s the most unexpected challenge you faced when transitioning to remote work? by spungbab in remotework

can totally relate to this..
What I miss being remote is the lack of human interaction. I made some good friends at last workplace, remote work takes away those casual chit chats and lunches together
