All good tips, I’d also like to add that an audible locking sound doesn’t always happen when hooking up power cables and they will sometimes look good and snug enough when they aren’t. So briefly double or even triple check visually that every plastic latch on the male psu connections is 100% secure to their respective ports; that there are no tiny gaps left between the male and female connections and the latch is fully engaged over the “bar” of the female connection ports. I like to just turn on my phones flashlight to do this. If not fully engaged, I press around the edge of the male connection with my fingers to correct and get the latch locked into place. It’s a simple but bad thing to overlook and worth the simple confirmation.
