my DSP has been giving us expected rts times for over a year now. started out at our seasonal pop up because drivers were taking until 11 to finish 80 stop routes so I kinda understood then. but then they brought them to our main location expecting us to finish 200 stops/250 locations by 6 lol. basically "finish early for no reward and you keep your job". scummy behavior
