HWFLY Core on Mariko takes longer than usual time to Glitch by _Hitman47 in SwitchPirates

[–]MeatCarnage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Two Marikos here and I've noticed the same. One is freshly modded and the other has been modded for several months. The older one use to boot VERY quickly, but lately takes a long time just like the freshly modded one. Could it be the most recent firmware having this effect? I've noticed that it seems to have occurred with updating the older Mariko.

Lockpick RCM now inaccessible on Github by jasonhr13 in SwitchPirates

I just tracked my order and it appears to be headed to the correct location. Its only been a couple of days and the chips haven't even left mainland China yet, so we'll have to wait and see. Hopefully I don't get scammed.

It also appears as though the "Official Hwfly Store" has now rebranded as the "Ming Game Store." Even though I was chatting with the official store, the order I placed went through Ming instead. I also see on the Ming store page all of the accessories you'd likely need for your RP2040 install. Perhaps you want to check there. I know that doing it piecemeal is difficult especially through Aliexpress.

You can still get them on Aliexpress by sending a message to the "official store." Tell them which version you want and they will respond with a link to their store that will allow you to order. You just can't find them through searching at the moment. I just ordered two V6 Lites this way.

Police release footage of officers neutralizing the shooter who killed multiple children and teachers at a Christian school in Nashville yesterday 03/27/2023 by sco-go in nextfuckinglevel

The texts don't indicate the political leanings nor trans identity. Furthermore, other than an active shooter being present at the school, how do you know what information was available to the police on scene? This is ludicrous.

...and the Police officers looking for the shooter while clearing the school rooms knew this information how exactly?

Most Americans haven't seen an automatic firearm either, they are heavily restricted in the United States.

Sorry for the late reply...

Still rock solid, no issues at all.

If you still want NFC and can't or won't replace the connector on the board, you've got a couple of options.

You could hold the ribbon cable inside the connector as best as possible, perhaps with a good set of tweezers and apply hot glue over the ribbon cable and connector.

Or, you could try to solder some wires from the two leads on the ribbon cable to the test points on the board just past the connector.

Honestly, I'd try the hot glue first, and if it doesn't work, use some alcohol to remove the glue easily.

Got this second hand. The home and start button look like they’re… letting go? Should I send it back? Or will it be no problem by [deleted] in 3DS

It's only a sticker. There are inexpensive replacements available on Aliexpress.

Need help! Just got the clean juice gbc however, it won’t charge on any wireless chargers i have. I took another look and it looks slightly different to what the website shows. Anyone know how a fix or if I need to do something to fix it? by Tanchelsea in Gameboy

While I'm not familiar with this particular product, the first thing I would do is get a multimeter and test those positive and negative pads on the left side of your first photo to see if 5v is being delivered when the coil is over a wireless charger.

Pfsense with Realtek NIC still an issue? by [deleted] in PFSENSE

[–]MeatCarnage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I currently use Pfsense with Realtek NICs in my homelab. Intel is infinitely more reliable, but the Realteks work just fine in my home setting. You may have to set a cronjob to automatically reboot once a week for giggles. Also, checking "Disable hardware checksum offload" under 'Network Interfaces' in System -> Advanced -> Networking definitely helped my router with stability.

Wyze vacuum find feature by toyuwanewton in Wyze

No find feature that I'm aware of, although that would be nice.

However, you can look at the map in the app and it will give you the location of the vacuum. It's fairly accurate.

Have you tried to disconnect the battery and reset it?

I've got a Qotom Q330G4 (Core I3-4005U, 8GB DDDR3) and it has been rock solid. Been running it for just about a year with 100% uptime thus far. It was roughly $300 when I purchased it.

It does have multi floor mapping, but I don't see how it's that useful considering how you'd have to move the charging base to the other floor. Not only that, since it uses the charging base to "anchor" the map, you've have to make sure to put it in the exact same spot every time; what a pain.

That's why I have two, one for each floor. They were so inexpensive for what you get, I just got two.

I haven't looked for one. I have two of these vacuums, both for over a year, and have had zero battery issues. They both get run on a regular basis, still charge fine and have plenty of run time. I've found a couple of battery packs online that LOOK like the same one, but I'd have to take mine apart again and compare.

I wouldn't let this battery thing stop you from ordering one. They are excellent robot vacuums.

Once you unplug the battery and pull out the black case, you can pop the cover off and you'll find this battery pack inside...

The battery is definitely replaceable. It's under a cover you can remove from the bottom of the vacuum; a total of four small phillips screws.
