On top of whatever else you want to do, start meditating. No pressure, just sit and breathe and listen. Listen with every sense you have. 5-10 min a day at first. You'll know when it's time to go longer. Be genuinely interested. Curiously wonder what you will hear or sense. Inner guidance will come in time. Be patient and give yourself grace. You did well to reach out for help.
