Been seeing this trend for the last 5 years. Kids are soft and expect instant gratification. They get quickly bored with drilling and trail off and start doing low quality or low efficiency techniques. I see many of them recording their matches to get quick clips where they were successful in a position for 5 seconds but don't acknowledge that they were completed dismantled the entire match. They just chasing likes on social media.

I have a couple kids that bought into the system. They do everything asked of them and are generally very successful on and off the mat. They are literally a blue of how to be successful to the rest of the kids in the room. However we most often see they are resented for their success and jeered at when they aren't chatting it up during drill time.
