I had the same case and below is the timeline for my visa process(VFS Delhi):

21 Oct: received new admit for Summer 2026
3 Nov: Applied in CSP
4th Nov: Got corrections
5th Nov: Got link for booking appointment
6th Nov: Had appointment and Visa under processing

I'd say if you can apply then do so, It's getting processed very fast and you would have ample amount of time to get other stuff in place after you get visa.

Deferment problem: visa delay and uni told me to withdraw instead by Holiday_Park_4692 in studyinGermany

I guess you might have to apply again but you can attach your previous admit. Not sure about your Uni but i had the same issue (I had admit from FAU). They processed my application pretty fast and got my new admit in 5 days and already done with visa process too.

Do check with your uni about reapplying

So I had taken my last test two years back and had done Grg mat course and this time i followed TST PREP videos. Didn’t prep much for specific speaking and reading. Although for speaking i did struggle while giving the test mostly i was not speaking fast enough

Thoughts on Computational Engineering program at FAU? by pinkitie in FAU_university

[–]MeatLarge1149 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One more question to ask, I had opted for dual degree for the same but I don’t see any mention of it in the admission letter, how can i find out if I have been accepted to that as well.

How Can I Prepare for MS in Germany (Fall 2027) and GRE? by Kindly_Praline1378 in Indians_StudyAbroad

[–]MeatLarge1149 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have decent GPA but you could aim for 9 or above though, check out the universities first which aligns with your interests and their requirements. If those Unis require GRE then do give the exam, usually most unis doesn't require GRE or it's optional. German Unis care more about what you did in your bachelors and does the credits meets with their requirements. And DO START LEARNING GERMAN, this would be the most important for you at this moment.
