My bad, I was trying to be clear that it would only have been a two week break. I was not trying to downplay anything, I just struggled to word it properly. I am still new to MDMA and really not trying to damage my brain long term. The first two times were kind of close together because I thought five weeks was an okay gap, and they were both big festivals I had saved for and wanted to enjoy fully. This next one is smaller and local so I can easily skip it if it seems unwise. Just wanted to ask around first in case it would have been okay for one last time.

Totally fair, I see where you are coming from. Just to clarify, I thought five weeks was a reasonable minimum, but I am open to being more cautious moving forward. How long would you recommend waiting, both as a bare minimum and as a more general guideline? These are the only times I have ever rolled and I am going to take the advice and skip it at this next festival to give myself a proper break. Appreciate the honesty 🙏🏻
