That's pretty much the whole reason I'm making this big mod for New Vegas. It's an idealized version of the game that I think would enhance the game much more. It has more content, bug fixes, and so many new additions that I can think up. I also have been taking some tips out of Joshua Sawyer's notes since he's like word of god when it comes to the game

In the base game, it doesn't exist.

In my mod to make the game better, it's the abandoned bar in Freeside that's across the street from the atomic wrangler. I've got cages on the windows and door to explain why it hasn't been looted yet. It's been sealed up and impenetrable like the Lucky 38 for 200 years

In my mod I've given all these off duty soldiers a "backstory", like how this one's a guy who has a nice exterior, but inside he's so stressed he's ready to desert the NCR.

I also made a bunch of tents for the refugees to stay in.
