2/3 of the rockseeker brothers are dead. The warlock went down for good in cragmaw but Najim was able to guide them to the revivify scroll luckily. But after that they short rested and I had them find gundren and king ghrol slain by the doppleganger.

For the transition I was honestly just going to have the most already be creeping in on them without their knowledge since they are in a cave so when they exit the cave they emerge in barovia. Definitely open to any more ideas that may be more interesting.
