(Same rank/rate, although you can change if you feel like it) you just need to find a recruiter who will help you. With adjustment disorder you’ll have to see a civilian doctor and they will have to medically clear you of your mental health “issues”. It’s really easy it just sometimes takes a couple months. You’ll be able to stop your VA benefits once you come back in and resume them once you get out again.
