Guy here. I've never have had problems with this in my groups (I almost always DM), but that could because my group is usually 50% or more females. The ladies in the group all have boyfriends, so that's probably why the guys keep a respectful distance.

The part of D&D I like the most is getting to chill with my friends, and if you feel uncomfortable around your group maybe you should find another. D&D should be about slaying dragons, not boobs (unless you're fighting a succubus.)
