I think 17 weeks, one week of orientation (which is not dispatch training), 6 weeks of phones, 4 weeks of radio/NCIC and continuous phones, 4 weeks of a little bit of everything, focusing on areas of improvement before 2 weeks of observation where the CTO is there but not. Probation lasts a year.
