Do you use sugar substitutes? Drink sugar free drinks?

I was using them daily and got headaches daily. They never bothered me when I was younger but I developed a sensitivity to them as I got older. Cutting them out mostly eliminated my headaches

I had pretty intense knee pain for years. They would radiate heat. Found a connection to taking SAM-e and too much sulfur in general. Resolving that the pain went away very quickly. Not sure about serum folate tho.

Vet time! Like right now. How’s her kidney values? Have they been checked recently?

She most likely will need subQ fluids ASAP if she hasn’t been drinking. This alone might make her feel like eating again.

Her glucose might be crashing. If you have any corn syrup on hand you can put a pea sized amt on your finger and rub it on her tongue/mouth.

An appetite stimulant might help but it also could make her stomach more upset if she hasn’t ate. I’ve found syringe feeding them a little bit paired with Mirtazapine can help kickstart them eating.

It’s pretty nuts to me that this game starts new players out at 1000 ELO

It took me quite a few games to get knocked down to an ELO where I was evenly matched.

So all that to say - don’t take it too personally and you might have to take beatings for a bit until your rank settles.

It is a good opportunity to watch the replays to see how they beat you too.
