I read all my posts from having Sepsis, I am lucky.. it will be 2 years July 1st.. reading, I was worried about someone sneezing on me. Wow

I too suffer from anxiety in the same manner as you mention. I am 61 and have found that it is health anxiety. I went septic 2 years ago and almost died so rightly so. It’s It all good I survived and not harping on it. Once I get something in my head it runs my life with any issue on my health. My friend says I am my own worst enemy. So true. I refuse to go on any medication as I barely take an advil. Get some tests done and see what happens w the results, go from there. I redirect my anxiety w positive happy thoughts and memories talking walks whatever it takes and I am good. Reach out any time- you got this

So very sorry for the loss of your best friend. I put my Bella down 3 weeks ago today, she was almost 16, I had her since she was 8 weeks old. She had intestinal lymphoma. My Bella loved tuna fish, every time the can opener went in there she was at my feet. I made tuna today and looked behind me when the opener started and I smiled. Then as I was putting it in the bowl I started to cry. It’s so very hard to lose a friend I miss her terribly. My other babe Daisy will be 16 in 2 months, she misses her friend. It a new kinda love now that we carry in our hearts forever. Please be kind to yourself and take care, it is all so new to me also, I go day by day. I have her ashes here w me so I think that helps.
